Can I change my order after it has been placed?
To ensure you receive products quickly, Chaytton begins processing orders as soon as possible. It might possible to change the order if the goods have not yet been shipped. If they have already been shipped then we will arrange for the product to be exchanged as soon as possible. Shipping costs due to exchange orders are paid by the consumer. What’s your return policy?

Who pays for International Import Tax?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. Chaytton has no control over these charges. The customer is responsible for paying all the necessary import duties and taxes applicable within their country.

How long will it take to receive my order?
